Battery Life Long

A disaster of a computer. Took a long time to get set up due to a faulty Windows M365 installation, then proceeded to corrupt every file created on it. Constantly rebuilding Outlook data files and most other files of any size. A piece of trash from the outset, returned and looking forward to buying a higher quality computer from another manufacturer.

What, no manual! No Customer Support, Great Price
You would think that a manual would come with the computer. Maybe it does if you wade through all the "Support" pages that offer no support but just frustration. Take you down the rabbit hole. Like I have time to figure out how to work their maze of non-logic. Geeze, it's frustrating when such simple things are made to be impossible. I did find something on line, but it's for a generic type computer, not the EXACT computer. Only reason I gave it 4 stars is you get what you paid for. This computer is dirt cheap. - high value. Hard to beat the price. HP used to be a good company when they came out with the HP 35 and 15c calculators back in the 80s. After that they just haven't figured out how to communicate. If you want real customer support from HP, don't waste your time looking for it. Doesn't exist.

Gets the job done
Speakers don’t work. And didn’t come with the Microsoft subscription as advertised in the description. But it powers on and only has a 57gb c drive which 24 was instantly used on boot up.

Poco espacio de almacenamiento
La memoria eMMC puede ser un problema, se satura con el sistema operativo Windows y el office y tienes que e buscar otras alternativas para resguardar tus archivos de trabajo. También queda un mínimo de espacio para instalar otras aplicaciones.
