Great fit and works well with slight modifications to harness.
Seems like an exact replacement and works very well for half the price. For my F250 I had to cut the old harness off and pull old wire down through door. I then cut the push in clips off the new harness and feed it through the channel behind the existing hole and zip tied it to the existing clip in the door. No rattles, or rubbing and works perfectly.

Don't remove the whole harness just the trim piece
I would highly recommend buying this if your keyless pad trim breaks. Buy the harness and remove the trim piece , It takes a little work but does come apart. The the new trim Fit great with original keyless pad, looks and fit great into the door , looks like the original from factory. Total time of less than 5 minutes. Way quicker and easier that removing the interior panels from the door and trying to fish the harness through.

Fast fix

OEM Quality, perfect fit
This was an exact match to the stock keypad. I only used the trim that is around the actual buttons because my trim had broken. Looks great and just like the OEM one.

Fits 21-23 F150
Why did you pick this product vs others?:FYI I got this only for the plastic bezel piece to replace mine that broke. It will fit a 21-23 perfectly and clicks tightly into place. I would actually call this an upgrade from the factory part.
