I’m almost always a women’s 8. My feet are slightly narrow. I started with the 6.5. Tooo small. They were very tight and narrow, and my toes were slightly scrunched at the end and hitting the front of the shoe. The 7 was only slightly better. For me, the 7.5 was perfect. You want a snug fit, but not the point of discomfort. I use these for boxing and they’re very nice. The grip is good and I like the ankle support.
