They are clear and you can see what is inside whereas most probiotics are in white capsules. They are easy to swallow and don't have a noticeable taste or smell. Best of all, they are potent without causing me any GI upset. I really like this supplement and recommend it to others. It's a strong probiotic with some added nutrients that is easy on the stomach.

This product already has great word of mouth for probiotics! I have issues with bloating (which is very frustrating). I talked to my doctor about and she recommended that I take a good probiotic.
