Don't buy, 0/2 with this product!
I ordered one however it came shattered which wasn't great since I needed to replace my bathroom light as it's the only light source in there. I ordered another and it was fine, it was quite dusty for some reason though and there seems to be small debris inside the tube. I didn't see anything like that in the one that I had before. It doesn't seem to be affecting the light in any way however and does what it says it will do. The price is very generous so I don't mind these things. UPDATE: The lightbulb has stopped working, since setting it up at the end of September it is now flickering. It hasn't even lasted 6 months. The first one arrived shattered and this second one has died in under 6 months (the previous one I had lasted 10+ years). I would stay away from this product, they need to get much better QC

Generally good service.
The Lamp's arrived well packaged and exactly as described. Sadly, however 2 of the 4 lamps were broken when they were unboxed, (You could hear the broken pieces rattling before the individual boxes were opened.). The refund for the broken lamps was quickly arranged without any hassle, so from the perspective it was a good service.

Good item, but fragile and difficult to deliver unless properly packaged.
The item was exactly as i ordered but disappointingly, it was broken when delivered as it was posted basically in a thin paper bag. No protection whatsoever. Please protect fragile items, as there's no chance to travel safely unless properly packaged. Good item, but difficult to deliver safely because of its fragile nature... I got a refund. Lesson learned.
