Night Vision Goggles, Nightfox Swift 2 Pro NVG, Head or Helmet Mounted

Excellent item

Cant believe such great night vision for very reasonable price. Really impressed.

Love it, sure it's nowhere near as good as the military stuff but it gets the job done, takes some getting used to just like vr, at first my balances was a bit f***** up because of the screen confusing me but after the second and third use i got used to it, i could see a large group of people long before they were anywhere near me, and it shows how good this is, at first they had torches so i could pinpoint their location easily instead of going off sound, but when they turned them off i could still see them clear ish

Excellent piece of kit, great value

Unit is low quality build and image clarity is extremely poor, focus wheel next to useless. Unfortunately with this type of tech you get what you pay for….. item returned .

First rate does what it says on the box

It can be hard to look at the screen your eyes being so close to the screen, buying reading glasses seemed to help this, the field of view is limited and it can feel 'a little closed in' and disorintating while using them. The IR light also is too focued in one area and not spread out so much so you can loose detail of what your looking at, the light being so focused and bright. Even changing the intensity of the light dont help this blinding glow. I found putting masking tape over the right hand IR light help reduce this light focus and made it better to see close up. They are ok for a little mess about at night.

I bought this for walking through woodland at night but no matter how I adjust the settings or the IR lighting, branches and trails look extremely blurry. It's better than pitch black but even on trails I have to stop and it takes a while to figure out if I'm about to walk into foliage. I've tried it a number of times now. Certainly on nights with any sort of moon, it's more trouble to use the Nightfox than it is to just let my eyes adjust to the darkness. On moonlight nights, it's a blobby mess no matter how I try to focus or adjust settings. Novelty value only.

I’ve put these through multiple sessions indoors and out, and they punch well above their price. For what they cost, it’s a straightforward yes if you want casual night vision without dropping serious money on higher-end gear. I mostly run them in lunar mode for stargazing from my residential yard. Light pollution normally kills the view, but these still let me pick out stars I otherwise couldn’t see. It’s not astronomy-grade, but it’s a clear step up from naked-eye viewing under suburban skies and fun enough that I’ve gone out more than once just to use them. They also got real-world time during a multi-hour blackout walk. Comfort was solid the whole time—no hot spots, no pressure points that made me want to take them off. Indoors in pitch black they perform exactly as you’d hope: the included IR illuminator lights everything up cleanly and the image is usable for moving around the house without stumbling. They’re not a tactical unit or a high-end Gen 3 replacement, and I wouldn’t treat them as such. For casual night vision—backyard stargazing, power outages, or just seeing in the dark without a flashlight—they’re excellent and easy to recommend.

Funktioniert wie erwartet. Kopfgurt ist etwas locker. Wenn man ihn fester zieht sitzt es etwas schräg nach oben ziehenden. Aber an sich funktioniert es.
