Exactly as described

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Made my wagyu picanha taste heavenly as the sole seasoning

It's a bit chunky straight out of the bottle, so I've been crushing a few pinches in my mortar and pestle for specialty dishes, the most recent being a 4lb cut of wagyu picanha. It tasted pretty amazing (as expected from such a cut) - but the salt itself held up well after being roasted for the better part of two hours in a 425F oven. It distinctly enhanced the dish's flavor without imparting the sharp chemical aftertaste that is often associated with other commercial offerings. So while it might not qualify as a supremely elevated gourmet salt, it's an extremely capable natural seasoning that appears to be free of any chemical processing.
