The hoops are sturdy and have not been scratched or discoloured by the friction of the charms as of a month or two later. The hoops are very small, but the variety pack has the perfect sizes range for me. They snap together securely. The hinge line is not overly apparent, and I find that I don't notice the line at all. This metal is on the same level of sensitivity as platinum, if not worse. While every person is different, I think these are worth a try if your ears are sensitive. I have sensitive ears and have no problems wearing them 24/7. I’m an adult and they fit my lobes just right, they may not fit a child’s ear. I like that the back screws on without any tools and only goes on so far to keep you from pinching your ear. I also like the titanium material because my ears are sensitive.
