I am not sure, they are adjustable, .These might be still too long. They are also heavy duty, they look best with jeans or non dressy work clothes.

Are the straps made of nylon webbing or are they elastic/stretchy?

The Elastic Strap is made of Nylon which is stretchy. And the webbing is made of PP, which is adjustable. Thanks.
