Ursula Petticoat Adult

I purchased this petticoat to go under my halloween costume and thought that by purchasing a more expensive one I would get better quality and the look I wanted (I was looking for a very full, soft, not scratchy, and bouncy petticoat). The picture is very deceiving because it looks like the type of petticoat I wanted, but when it came in the mail I was very disappointed. This petticoat is made out of cheap, scratchy material, it wasn't full or soft at all, parts of the "ruffles" weren't sewn well and were falling off, and it didn't even have many layers so I could puff it up on my own. I wouldn't purchase this product if you're wanting it to provide a fuller look.On a positive note - the sellers were very helpful in returning the item and issued a full refund (shipping too!) I purchased a different petticoat at a local costume shop for less than this one and it was much fuller, softer, and better quality.

This product was thought to be an actual petticoat. It is cheap and flimsy. The picture is very misleading. It is NOT worth the price paid.

I purchased this petticoat to wear out as part of a mardi gras costume. It was a lot of fun to wear and I was very glad to have found one that had a layer of cloth on the inside that helped cover as a skirt as most petticoats I've come across are basically sheer. It was a little itchy but if leggings/tights are worn it's not a bother. I am a size 2 and this was a little bigger than I wanted but it still fit very well. Great price for such a good product.

This is a super cute item! I bought it to wear under my sailor costume for Halloween! It is very fluffy but not as much as in the picture! Very nice tho! I am super excited to wear it for the Party tomorrow :):):)

False advertising. Get a Leg Avenue petticoat instead. This was flimsy, thin, scratch (although it did have a built in slip) it just looked cheap. the photograph is NOT the petticoat you are buying. To give an idea the package it came in was less than ONE INCH thick when I removed it from the box. Shame on you Dreamgirl so many other great products, but this one sucks.

Satisfied with product not as poofy as picture though. It did the job. The picture however looks a lot nicer by itself then it does by itself in person. Can't be worn by self.

It does not look like in the picture at all. It is flat and has very little fabric.

Fit great. Nice stretchy elastic. I'm fairly thin to average (size 4/6) and this piece fit me nice, with plenty of room for stretch, without feeling like it was loose enough to fall off.Full enough to give any miniskirt outfit, a nice lift!
