Worst after sales Service.
I've bought this product in April 2024, and just 3-4 months later, in August 2024, due to some issues, this device lost its display, so I visited the Nokia service center in Surat, but at that center, a guy said they don't entertain repairing of any keypad mobile and advised me to contact the seller; in this case, Amazon is my seller, but I didn't find any way to contact the customer executive of Amazon. Later I also tried to contact the Nokia company for after-sales service via chat and call but didn't get any response from them, and at last I've visited a local store near me and paid him 250/- to replace the display of this phone. I just want to say that if anyone is planning to purchase this product, then I'll say it's a great phone, but the Nokia after-sales service brings a shame for this.

A Basic Phone
The phone is light and very handy. Even though it comes with Gupshup Pay, Nokia notified on Aug 1st 2026, that Gupshup Pay (GSPay) services on feature phones were officially shutting down on August 1, 2026. It also comes with a few bloatware games that are basically trial versions and cannot be removed. Overall, this is a very basic phone for making and taking calls, with a calendar, radio, calculator, flashlight, and a snake game as additional features. It offers good value for the money spent and provides a good user experience. The build quality and appearance are decent. Since the UPI features are also being discontinued in it, the phone literally offers a basic experience.
