Loud, Bassy, Comftable - Mic is connected to the 'Right' channel of the headphones.
Purchased as a replacement after owning a few Microsoft LX6000 headsets that appeared to brake often.The Poly Blackwire 3320 has good volume output (are loud), have good levels of bass and are comfortable to wear over extended periods.Sound quality for the headphones and mic are good for a USB headset.The mic arm is attached to the 'Right' headset channel.In many of the images of the headset, the mic arm appears to be attached on the left side, this is because the arm can rotate 180, thus allowing the wearer to rotate the mic to the left or right side (although doing this does not automatically swap the left and right channels of the headset).I prefer the mic arm to be positioned on the left side (just as many of the images show the headset), however this leads to the Left and Right audio channels of the headset being swapped, by using a 3rd party tool 'Equilizer APO', its possible to switch the L/R channels of the headset.

Great Sounding Headset
The overall size and bulk of the Headset is middle of the road. Not too big, but not as slimline as other headsets. I like the flexibility of it. The earpieces rotate to fit over the ears perfectly and the boom mic rotates so that you can reverse the Headset so the mic extends from the left or the right side. Overall, the Headset is very comfortable to wear.The sound is chrystal clear for me and for the person on the other end of the line. A big improvement over my last Headset.I also like that you can use the in-line control pad to adjust the volume, turn on/off the mute and start or end a call.I've only had the headset for a day, but my first impression is that it is very nice.

Das Poly Blackwire 3320 trägt sich auch bei längeren Besprechungen sehr angenehm. Der Kopfbügel sitzt sicher, ohne unangenehm zu drücken, und die Ohrpolster fühlen sich weich an. Gerade bei mehreren Teams- oder Zoom-Terminen hintereinander ist der gute Tragekomfort ein großer Vorteil.Auch das geringe Gewicht gefällt mir, da das Headset auf dem Kopf kaum stört. Der flexible Mikrofonarm lässt sich einfach in die gewünschte Position bringen und bleibt dort zuverlässig.Die Verbindung über USB-C beziehungsweise den mitgelieferten USB-A-Anschluss ist unkompliziert. Das Headset wurde bei mir direkt erkannt und war ohne aufwendige Einrichtung einsatzbereit. Stimmen werden klar übertragen, und der Stereoklang eignet sich neben Videokonferenzen auch gut für Musik und andere Medien.Insgesamt ein bequemes und zuverlässiges Headset für Homeoffice und Büro. Besonders für Personen mit vielen längeren Online-Meetings eine klare Empfehlung.
