I have been using Nando’s Hot Perinaise for a while now, and it’s quickly become a staple in my fridge. The balance between the creamy mayo and the spicy peri-peri heat is spot on. Great taste, easy to use bottle. But it isn’t hot enough to justify calling itself ‘Hot’. It’s mild at best, at least for Indian tastebuds.
