I spray tan every so often with a Norvell spray gun. I have found when I buy solution spray if I don't use it all right away it turns a funky color, does not look good and I end up throwing it away. I have had the same bottle of SJOLIE for a few months and every time I use it the color comes out a as nice as it did when I first opened it. I love this product, the color is natural, it wears off gradually, no smell and affordable.

I will preface my review by saying: I use the st tropez spray gun and typically use the st tropez pro light solution. I am pretty fair skinned with freckles and have been self tanning for +15 years. I have used the Norvell solution but hated the way it faded - very patchy and scaly.Review: overall I really liked this spray tan solution and will buy again. It came out darker on me than the st tropez pro light which surprised me. I did notice the solution sprayed out quite watery during application and was quite runny and took longer to dry than others. Normally i wouldn’t use a mitt with the spray gun but I had to with this. The next day I did have orange hands and palms despite using barrier cream and scrubbing hands after application. This faded after two days. I loved the color but the best part is how it fades guys. I am on day 6 and my color is still amazing/ not scaly/ not patchy. That’s pretty awesome for a home job! With the pro light I find it fades pretty fast and I have to do 2 applications in a week. Despite instructions - I exfoliated and shaved 2 hours before application and it didn’t negatively impact my tan.I’m giving four stars because it does take a while to dry and I had to use the mitt but otherwise the results are perfect!

I’ve only used Norvell which works great but I think I like this solution better. Dried really fast, barely any sticky feeling the the smell factor went way down. With Norvell I stunk until I showered and even after still had a musky scent. This formula there was only a hint and after shower very faint if at all. I also liked the color it gave me. I have a healthy glow with this and don’t look like a got sprayed. I really like this for winter and may try the medium for summer. I’m very fair and sensitive to everything and this worked great with my skin. I’ll be using all winter for sure to just give me that little glow I’m looking for.

I’m fair skinned and this is the best spray tan formula I’ve found. The only issue is it doesn’t last that long. I have to spray tan almost every other day.

I have my own spray tan business and have tried many solutions. This is the best for fair skinned & for a natural winter glow. I was impressed how one coat gave the perfect shade for winer without over doing it. But if you want to be darker I just did two coats and it was amazing. Does NOT tien you orange at all nor does it leave streaks. Just make sure to exfoliate before and then use a prep spray before the initial application. I use a tan extender lotion in-between to stay moisturized and too continue to gradually build color up. Look forward to trying different shades of this in near future

Great coverage

This isn't my first time using self tanner, I've used quite a few over the past years and I follow all the recommended prep and after care. The initial color is really pretty on my fair skin, only slightly orange. I am on day 3 and it is fading really splotchy and looks even more orange.
