I want them in every room of my house
These actually helped with my seasonal depression. I can’t say exactly how much, but I put them in my bedroom fall 2024, and my room became something of a safe space at night. I have light sensitivities, specifically with blue or white lights, and these were a lot better for that. Which could be part of it. But I left them at home when I moved (so my brother could have them) and I’ve been missing them a lot the last month or so. I really do think they helped with the random sadness. Need to order more! If this is something you think might help you, I definitely recommend trying them out!

I recommend
I like them but not cheap. Not sure how long will last. My wife says they work and she notices a difference with me. Why not try them? I have them above my computer screen at my kitchen center Island. They are not dimmable.
