This is one of the best purchase for me as I have been suffering from sciatica and I needed something for my back and my study chair. The way this ahs been designed, it provides you adequate support for your back and keeping your back straight and in the correct posture which slowly and slowly reduces the backpain. It might be difficult to adjust in the beginning, but later on as we move ahead, it really beneficial. So regardless of you having back pain or not, its important to have the right posture and if you have long sitting hours buy this for your chair. A Good Lumbar support is very crucial for a correct posture.

It is a decent product overall, it isn't something extraordinary but yes, it is pretty okay.

Let me be honest here, I was disappointed when I opened the box to discover a puny little pillow-like thing sitting in the bottom. I was expecting something that would change the way I sat for work. I was annoyed when I tried to set it up in a hurry and didn't get the right 'feel'. However, a day later, I took a deep breath and worked it patiently on my office chair (WFH scenes), and when I plonked myself onto it, it felt good. I had been suffering for a few months, all thanks to bad posture and weight issues. My back got the support it wanted, and it has been over two weeks - the pain has reduced drastically. Yes, I would recommend you buy this, and try it out with a little patience. You'll be happy.

I was suffering from lower back pain due to long hours at a desk. I bought this product with the hope that it may help that condition, however, it has not helped. In fact, I believe that I get it a lot more with this. So I have stopped using this product completely. With regards to the look, feel & quality of the product, I have no complaints. My feedback towards it improving my lower back pain from long hours. And it has not been satisfactory in that regard.

Not working very good for me. See if you are trying to buy it for offline use, pls don't as Office chair size is not compatible with this product. This is too way thick and not much room left for sitting after placing it on office chair. also I'm over 90kg so it not working for me butay be work for less weight person.
