I have a bathroom full of their other products and looked forward to trying this.I have sensitive skin and one issue with this is that the instructions tell you to put on and then relax . . . . . For how long? I guestimated at 3 minutes to be on the safe side.Consistency - white thin cream within which you can feel the grains.Smell - the expected sanctuary spa signature smell.Heating up - this lasted around 30 seconds on contact with skin, so not as I expected (but again the tube does not give a time scale for the warmth).Result - skin is softer but after a day or so, the dry patches are back in force.I think, when this is finished, I will go back to my old scrub.Nothing ventured, nothing gained.
