Absolutely amazing machine for someone with constant lower back pain that doesn't have someone willing to use a traditional massage gun for them on demand. It's main benefit apart from being able to use it yourself whenever required, is the ability to put it exactly where the discomfort is. Instead of trying to describe the location you can put it exactly where it's needed and move it to massage wherever the pain is. Only had it a week but the massage action seems strong enough with five settings. The battery lasts for maybe 20 mins, it usually gives up after two lengthy sessions. My reason for giving it 4 stars as opposed to five is that the buttons to turn on/off and adjust the intensity are exactly where your fingers go when holding it so I'm regulalry changing the intensity or switching it off in use.

This hand held massager is an absolute must have! works wonders to relive stress and built up tension in the nape area and hard to reach shoulder blades, it’s great and value for money. It has weight to it and for good reason, it works better when applied gently. Once you get the hang of it using it for short periods at a time is just perfect. It’s easy to use just press and hold the power button then adjust the vibration level.

I’ve been suffering with neck and shoulder pain for a while and thought I would give this ago before looking into physio treatment. After reading the reviews there were lots of positive comments which swayed me to purchase. I’m still early days using the massage gun but so far I’m impressed. You don’t need help it gets to places you wouldn't usually be able to reach without assistance. There are different speeds and massage heads to suit your needs. My knots have definitely started to loosen and I’m starting to feel a lot less tension l. I’m really pleased with the product. It is a little noisy but that’s not an issue for me, battery life is good and easy to charge. It isn’t heavy to use.
