Out of all lemonade flavours I’ve tried this brand is closest to real lemonade without the extra calories.

Always buy this when in USA. However, not possible this year. Very good product. Highly recommended.

If you suffer from kidney stones, you may have read about Crystal Light being a good source of citrate to counter stone development. It's cheaper than pills, and allows you to also drink more liquid to keep your system flushed. This size is very convenient as each packet goes with a standard size bottle of water. The taste is very good, tho sometimes I add a little more sweetner.

Makes for a delicious and refreshing drink and you can add the whole packet or use half I find I enjoy it more when I use half in water or plain seltzer water
