I’ve been using the 70mai 4K dash cam for a while now, and overall, it’s been a reliable addition to my car—especially for peace of mind on the road. Setup & First Impressions Installing the camera was fairly straightforward. The front unit mounted easily on the windshield, and routing the rear camera cable took a bit of effort but nothing too complicated. Once set up, the camera felt solid and well-built, not cheap or flimsy. Daily Use In everyday driving, the dash cam works exactly as expected. It turns on automatically when I start the car and records continuously without needing any input. I don’t have to think about it, which is honestly what you want from a device like this. The 4K front camera is the highlight—footage is clear and sharp during the day, and I can usually make out license plates and road signs without issues. The rear camera isn’t as sharp, but it still captures enough detail to be useful. Night Driving Night performance is better than I expected. The camera handles low-light conditions well, and headlights don’t completely wash out the image. It’s not perfect, but it’s definitely above average compared to cheaper dash cams.

I replaced my old dash cam with the 70mai A810 and the difference is huge. The image quality is excellent during both day and night. The app connects quickly, and downloading clips is simple. I’ve been using it every day without any issues. For the price, it’s one of the best dash cams I’ve owned.

The 4K front camera captures clear footage with good detail, making it easy to read license plates and see road conditions. The Wi-Fi connectivity and GPS features work well, and the setup process was straightforward. The front and rear recording functionality provides good coverage while driving. However, the night-time performance is not as impressive as I expected. While the camera still records usable footage, details become noticeably softer in low-light conditions, and license plates can be difficult to read, especially on poorly lit roads or when vehicles are moving quickly. The "Super Night Vision" feature helps somewhat, but it doesn't deliver the same level of clarity as the daytime recordings. Overall, this is a solid dash cam with excellent daytime image quality and useful features, but if night-time recording is your top priority, you may find its low-light performance somewhat disappointing. I'd still recommend it for general use, especially considering its value and feature set.

This is my third dash cam, and while it's brand new, it seems like it's great camera. Time will tell. I'm still learning the app, but the WiFi hooks up and transfers data quickly. The app needs a subscription, but there is a free option. The camera has some heft! It's the heaviest one I've had, but it is the most discrete in the windshield. It is secured to the glass via an electrostatic film, which allows it to sit higher on the glass. I hope it lasts.

Quality. Quality. Quality. This camera is amazing. It's our first dashcam, so my frame of reference may be limited and biased, but I'm already considering buying a 3rd set. Installed one in my wife's car, and one in mu daily driver. Installation is very easy (I opted to just use the provided kit with charging port adapter). Was able to tuck most of the wiring underneath interior trim/panels, and along the windshield edges. The provided glass stickers work great; haven't had any issues with cameras falling off, even in numerous days of extreme heat. Maybe the best part of the cameras kit is the app itself and how easy it is to connect, sync & view your recorded library files. The camera has an internal wifi system, so pairing is a breeze. Once you start viewing files, you quickly realize the quality. The only "issue" we have encountered is that the rear cam struggles with low light, so if your rear glass has a dark factory tint, and you drive at night, expect the footage to be just black audio with occasional specs of light. I will definitely be buying a 3rd for the fun car.

Purchased the 70mai 4k Dash Cam and have been more than pleased with the setup and installation. It was easy as described in the description. I ran the wires as instructed without issue. There is plenty of wire supplied to make any vehicle easy to setup. The clarity is truly amazing. Cars and surrounding areas are crystal clear when viewing either on the device or downloading to your computer or phone. The 128gb card that came with my package is plenty enough to store several days of content. The mounting instructions and components included are top tier and the bracket makes it very easy to install and remove the camera as needed. With features like GPS for speed and location are ones you would expect to find in top tier devices. I have not opted to install with the parking feature but knowing its an available option is great to add on later. The system starts up automatically and stops when the power is off. There is no lag or delay in the device and it has a broad viewing angle capturing almost 180 degrees from far left to far right. I am glad i did research across the many makes and models and the 70mai rated top five in about every youtube review i watched. I will definitely buy again from this model for my other vehicles and recommend to others. You cannot go wrong with the device, excellent features and cost.

Ya había tenido otra cámara 70 Mai y funcionó perfecto durante muchos años. Cambié de carro y quise ponerle una cámara nueva y me sorprendió que ya incluye la tarjeta Micro SD. La resolución es excelente, la cámara trasera también es muy buena, viene con cable suficientemente largo para conectar ambas sin problema. Me encantaron las funciones que vienen con ésta cámara como la de grabar todo el recorrido de la ruta GPS así como el sistema ADAS que identifica mediante IA otros vehículos, los carriles, motos, peatones, cambios de carril, etc es tan buena que compré otra igual para otro auto.

Commande arrivée en 48 h. Emballage très soigné. Aspect du produit inspirant confiance, donnant une impression de qualité. Tout ce qui est nécessaire pour l'installation est fourni. Le montage des deux caméras avant et arrière est très facile. Les câbles sont plus qu'assez longs pour l'habitable de mon RAM. Je les ai passés dans les garnitures et in ne voit rien. Les deux caméras sont orientables verticalement. Pour la caméra avant, comme il est difficile de la placer au centre du parebrise sans obstruer la vue à cause du rétroviseur, il aurait été bien de pouvoir l'orienter horizontalement aussi, afin d'éviter que l'image soit un peu de biais (ce qui est assez imperceptible au final, étant donné l'angle d'ouverture (140 degrés) de la caméra. Je m'interrogeais par ailleurs sur l'adhérence du plastique électrostatique à appliquer sur le pare-brise pour supporter le poids de la caméra, mais ça fait parfaitement le travail. Je l'ai réduit en surface pour ne pas que le plastique soit dans le champ de la caméra et l'ai même décollé pour le déplacer, et ça tient toujours très bien. Le livret fourni (en anglais) est clair et très complet. La caméra peut toutefois être paramétrée pour tout afficher en français. Cela dit, le montage et le paramétrage de l'appareil sont très intuitifs. Il est possible de tout paramétrer directement sur la caméra ou de le faire depuis l'application 70mai de son téléphone, qui reproduit toutes les commandes de la caméra. Tous les processus sont très fluides. Il suffit de suivre les instructions. L'écran de contrôle pourrait être un peu plus lumineux. Il permet d'afficher la vue avant, la vue arrière ou la vue arrière en PIP dans la vue avant. Cela dit, ce n'est pas très utile en conduisant. La vidéo est en 1920x1080 (2K). La vue est un peu déformée, en raison de la focale de la caméra, mais c'est inévitable avec un champ de vision à 140 degrés. De ce fait, la caméra ne se prête pas vraiment à faire de la vidéo touristique. Mais la qualité d'image est très bonne (voir photos jointes – j'ai choisi le taux de compression le plus bas pour garder un bon niveau de détail). Les enregistrements se font par blocs de 1, 2 ou 3 minutes, au choix. On peut les télécharger sur son téléphone, et de là, sur son ordi. Je n'ai pas encore essayé toutes les fonctions du système, mais j'ai pu constater que le système ADAS m'indique vocalement si un véhicule est proche devant moi ou si je dévie de ma trajectoire, entre autres. C'est vraiment génial. J'avais une autre caméra de tableau de bord auparavant, depuis deux ou trois ans. Je peux donc mesurer les progrès accomplis depuis. Cet ensemble de deux caméras est vraiment super pour le prix.
