Impact for your runs
Got the foam roller ~ very useful and helps in applying pressure on the pain points on the muscles. Hope for it to be used before and after every run.

Superb product
Boldfit foam roller is a great roller which i am enjoying using. I was initially a bit apprehensive while ordering it but knce i recvd the product via amazon prime, i wasn left with anything but all praises for it. The product deserves a thumping five star for its superb quality of material, durability, sturdiness and great premium finish. I utilise it very well during my post run cooling down and leg massages and have benefitted immensely with regards to my calf muscles and hamstring soreness. Overall a superb product that works wonders at its job and a complete value for money product. Keep up the great quality Boldfit. Well done
