Die empfohlene Tagesdosis von zwei Kapseln ist sinnvoll gewählt und lässt sich problemlos in den Alltag integrieren. Ein großer Pluspunkt ist die angenehme Größe der Kapseln. Sie sind leicht zu schlucken – im Vergleich zu anderen Produkten, die oft deutlich größer und dadurch unangenehmer einzunehmen sind, ein klarer Vorteil. Besonders positiv ist auch die Wirkung: Ich hatte zuvor mit Augenzucken zu kämpfen und bereits andere Magnesiumpräparate ausprobiert, die selbst nach mehreren Monaten keine Verbesserung gebracht haben. Bei diesen Kapseln hingegen trat bereits nach wenigen Tagen eine deutliche Besserung ein, und das Zucken verschwand.
