A DEFINITE NEED TO BUY IF SHOPPING FOR ESPRESSO MACHINES!
I LOVE this machine! I don’t leave reviews but I have to for this purchase. I bought mine during the July Amazon prime days so I’ve had it for abt 6 mos now. I’ve never had an issue with it. I use it multiple times a day and don’t know how I lived without it for so many yrs. It makes beautiful espresso shots and warms the milk to a frothy delicious drink. The only bad thing I can say abt this machine is it does get really loud when steaming the milk. So may not be the best choice for an office setting or somewhere where noise levels matter. It only takes a few mins to warm the milk tho so it’s not the biggest nuisance but should be noted. I highly recommend this product. It’s low maintenance, well made, relatively compact, esthetically pleasing and works beautifully. I also find it to be very affordable and worth every penny. It has saved us thousands of dollars from expensive daily lattes. 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽

Spend a bit more money and get the Casabrue Pro.
This is such a cute machine and I thought it would be perfect for me, but alas it isn't. You can only make one a cup of coffee at a time and then you have to wait for it to cool off. I looked online to see what was wrong and did what it recommended which was run steam through it to cool it down, but that hasn't helped either. This has happened numerous times. If you have a two-person household you don't get coffee at the same time. I hate this machine Don't buy it. It also has been leaking on the counter. After I submitted this I got an email letting me know that I could either get a refund or a different model. I chose a different model. I received the casa Brew Pro. It's a bit more expensive, but I recommend it. It heats up as soon as you turn it on and the frother works immediately. You can make numerous lattes in a row with no problem. It's not the pretty blue as my previous one. It's a stainless, but I'm enjoying it so much more. Amazing customer service!

I knew nothing about espresso machines
I did a lot of research before this purchase. I wanted to make sure it would be an easy to use/maintain device, not too pricey, but functional and possibly able to upgrade. This seems to check the boxes. I'm not a coffee person, this was for my wife. But she seems to be enjoying the speed and quality of the extraction. I'm learning, and this may not be a top dollar machine, but it definitely seems to get the job done. Nice small profile, it fits well on my counter. Love the blue...

Excellent coffee maker
Makes a great espresso every time. I do one cup with just water to warm it up and then it makes an espresso with the beautiful brown foam every time! My friends have much more expensive machines and are constantly adjusting them to get what this delivers out of the box. I’ve had it for a year or so and highly recommend it.

Easy machineI’m
It’s nice it’s pretty no problem shipped well easy instructions. Color is nice. I got the light blue. The only downside was this spoon was kind of chintzy. I’ll need to upgrade to a heavier spoon.

Don’t waste your money - bad quality, not user friendly
Had high hopes for this espresso machine based on many positive reviews, but have no idea how or why it’s been highly rated. Possible I just got a bad one, but it had multiple issues right away. I would fill the basket with espresso, tamp as usual, and select 1 or 2 cups. Sometimes it would give me literally a tablespoon of watery espresso, a few times gave me the right amount - but then it’d be burnt. Then the steaming wand — even after watching multiple videos on this machine and reading directions carefully, it just would not properly steam my milk. It would shoot out water and steam alternatively for a while, then the steam would be lukewarm where I could leave my finger in the stream. It took forever to actually heat/steam the milk, so that it would ruin it by the end. And to not be able to make an espresso shot right after steaming?? This machine is awful for user friendliness. So many steps and waiting time to just make a simple latte, regardless of whether the one I got was bad, this remains the same. My $65 espresso machine is way more reliable, user friendly, and allows me to steam milk properly. Do not waste your money, or otherwise spend a lot more on a much nicer one. Only redeeming feature was the nice color and look to the machine.

It Works...
This is a very attractive looking espresso maker. It is easy to use and easy to clean, and does a good job making espresso or steaming milk. Water tank is easy to refill. The machine builds consistent pressure. Unfortunately, it is quite noisy and vibrates like crazy. You have to hold whatever you are putting the espresso into otherwise it will vibrate out from under the dispenser. All the vibration causes many of the pieces to rattle, only adding to the noise of the pump. It's so bad I put a rubber mat under to deaden some of this, and even with that it's pretty bad. I've never had an espresso maker do this before; they're usually vibration free and the only sound is the pressurized water hissing as it's pushed out into the grounds. Won't say it's bad but definitely wouldn't recommend.

Beautiful and functional in a pint sized machine
Update 11/18/25: we’ve been using this workhorse for over a year now making about 4 cups of espresso per day and it’s been absolutely flawless. So, I've been using a quality French Press for over a decade which makes great coffee. After a visit to France, we finally pulled the trigger on an espresso machine. I hate large things on my counter since we cook quite a bit and use all the countertop real estate but this is a small footprint. It works really well. My friend has a very expensive unit and I cannot discern the difference between my espresso and his. I like the 20bar Italian pump and it seems like a quality unit. Amazing price too!
