First of all the product serves the purpose i.e true to capacity and airtight but one of the jar found broken and one latch of the cover was also broken As the product was good i requested for replacement( with photos attached of defective product) to the customer care. The replacement came after 7 days. The delivery guy said that he can not deliver me the new product as the old product is in damaged condition.( i ordered the replacement of the product due to damaged product only in the first place) and he cancelled on his end that the replacement can not be done because the old product can not pass the quality requirement. So why did you send the broken product in first instance? Same problem conveyed to the customer care and lady customer care executive having conversation with me was too rude and did not want to listen anything. After long arguments she agreed to create return of the product.( so technically if i want that product i had to again order which would take another 7 days after i did wait for 14 days to get that product). Well after that conversation i did not get any confirmation mail or update on the app regarding the same. so i had to again call the customer care. then another lady solved my problem and initiated the return request( as 2nd time replacement can not be ordered). For seller: dear seller though your product is good but its too pricey as it cost almost Rs 114 per a plastic jar I had also gone through the reviews of other previous buyers. Many of complained about not getting all jars in good condition.i thought i would get all jars in good condition but it went into vein. So please dont send defective products. For Amazon: your customer care and your delivery associates are behaving rudely off late. Despite the defective product replacement order your pick up associate asks me for brand new product in return. So please let me know if somebody gets a defective product and asks for replacement/exchange so how the customer can exchange his/her defective product? Moreover some of your delivery associates does not want to deliver at the correct address rather than on the street. Here are my view: product price : 2 star product quality : 4.5 star amazon customer care : 2 star delivery associate : 2 star Delivery time : 1 star Dear amazon please provide your customer care email so that we can directly send the damaged product pics and videos to you. Make a policy if a customer wants let your delivery guy stand and watch the unboxing.If the product is damaged, product should be returned at that moment only. Saves a great time for seller and customer both. Please teach your associates and customer care executives some manner and patience. At the end i went to local market and purchased the same quality product Rs 200 cheaper than your price listed. Thank you Amazon for your superb support after i had been a customer for almost 10 years.👎
