Perfect for Converting Older Rain Bird Valves to a Battery Timer Setup
I bought this while converting some older Rain Bird irrigation valves over to a DC setup so I could run everything from a battery-operated timer in a remote area without power. Honestly, it worked out great. Installation was pretty straightforward, the solenoid swapped over easily, and the controller has been reliable so far. It’s really nice being able to automate irrigation without running AC power or complicated wiring across the property.
