NEWGO Ankle Ice Pack Wrap for Injuries Reusable, Hot Cold Therapy

After ankle surgery, swelling has become my unwanted full-time companion, but thankfully this cooling pack has made things much more manageable. The cold therapy is really effective at helping reduce swelling and providing some much needed relief after being on my feet or following my exercises. The Velcro strap is a great feature,it keeps the pack securely in place without having to balance it awkwardly or stay completely still. I can actually move around a bit while wearing it, which is a huge plus during recovery. It’s also excellent value for money. The quality feels good, it’s comfortable to wear, and it’s versatile enough to use on other aches and pains once my ankle finally decides to cooperate. If you’re recovering from surgery or dealing with swelling, this cooling pack is definitely worth having on hand. My ankle may not be sending thank-you notes yet, but it’s certainly complaining a lot less. Can be used on different parts of the body, only point of note is can be really cold when straight out the freezer so use a tea towel to prevent freeze burn.

Quite good product. It helps with the pain and it is actually staying cold for quite some time. It doesn’t have leakage and the Velcro is very strong. The weight is not a big deal so I wear it when I work or walking within the house. In terms of appearance well it is an ice pack so it looks fairly ok. What i would change is maybe make bit shofter on the side that touches the leg cause now I can only use it on top of a sock cause it is very cold. Good thing it gets both sides of the ankle cold

Fantastic! I have achillies tendonitis. I have used other ice packs. This one is brilliant as you can wrap it around the ankle to ice the swelling at the sides of the achillies. Great quality materials. I recommend it to everyone.

Like other reviews have said, this seems to be somewhat on the small side. It also appears to be described slightly wrong. If worn as shown in the instructions it completlely misses the achiles tendon area despite the description saying it is for achiles tendinitis "Swelling, Achilles Tendinitis, Plantar Fasciitis, Sprained, Surgery Recovery (Black)". But wearing it back to front so it covers the achiles tendon and the ankles appears to work for me. Hence 3 stars instead of 1.

This product is very comfortable and the cold lasts a long time! I also like that it comes with a food grade freezer bag so I can store it away from the other items in my fridge!

Pretty good. Does exactly what I need. Stays on securely via the strap. Stays cold for about 20mins. Looks and fits well.

These work great I have a lot of foot and ankle pain and I couldn't seem to find any easy way to ice them to take down swelling. The velcro works great I can strap them on and still move around if needed or just prop up my feet. They are very comfortable to use and easy to use. I have had no leakage issues and hope not too in the future. I have used them quite a bit so I don't believe I will have any issues with that. The design is great and I wish they had come up with this sooner and the size fits perfectly for many because my son has used them as well and our the sizes between us are significantly different. With the adjustable velcro straps though they work for both of us. I have also used them on my elbows while my elbow was bent due to cubital tunnel pain and it worked for that as well. One of my best buys ever and I have bought many different kinds of ice packs.
