Works awesome, really love the heavier spring. Being white there was a dark ring from shipping at the top of the handle, but it eventually came off.

Tamper is all good and functional, too bad seller did not include the product card, 30 and 15 pound spring in the box.

looks great but not the best
the white tamper looks great on my coffee bar but I was not impressed with the tamper. The grinds stick to it, even if I twist it. It also was giving me inconsistent results with my tamps. Sad to say it had to go back.
