Following the given instructions, I was ready to return them because unless you have very fat toes, the loops are too large; even the ad illustrations show them no fitting correctly. Instead place the first loop over the Big toe, and they fit fine. Wearing for a couple hours a day reduced numbness in my toes and helped their mobility. Toes are usually lay flat in shoes and bare feet on floors. This silicone inserts massages the toes and lets them curl more naturally. I wear them with my 'barefeet shoes'. Just a word of caution because much of the information about these types of inserts is incorrect or misleading. For example, the package see attached photo talks first about Balance, comfort and protection; different from the official video which, contrary to the title about hammertoes, only mentions toe separation.

Product delivered as promised. Much to my delight, wearing the toe spacer brought immediate relief! No more soreness, blisters, or wounds on my toes from rubbing. Very good product at a fair price.

I have three hammertoes and this fits nicely. I be only been using one for three weeks and I can’t tell that it has helped reduce the “hammer.” The loop on that toe has stretched the loop and immersing it in hot water for 15 minutes doesn’t see to make any difference. Wearing these has, however, nearly eliminated the numbness in the balls of both feet (I had used YogaToes at night which also relieved the numbness but were hard to sleep in and I couldn’t wear them all day). The loops are thick enough to be durable but also fit well in some of my sandals and several of my shoes and boots as well. I like that there is not cushioning under the ball of my foot because that makes these wearable.

After having significant delivery issues that Amazon assumed responsibility, the product was a total disappointment in terms of quality and effectiveness. Avoid this seller due to the product's ineffectiveness and opt for an alternative. The fact that Amazon and the seller habitually erase negative reviews shows that there are a lot more 1 star ratings than their current rating indicates. We expect more from Amazon in protecting customers from sub-standard products.

These are comfortable and help with hammer toe pain. Great product
