I bought this in March 2025. I have used it quite a bit till July but had surgery and am going to the beach and was getting it ready for the beach and its 97% charged. I dont remember charging it before July because I remembered it didn't need it. Well it still doesn't need it. Ive used it here and there for a few minutes but nothing g big since July but still even if I charged it before July you'd think it would be alot less charge left. The flashlight is small! If I didn't have the charger case I'd have lost it by now. It throws alot of light! I do prefer a zoom light but this does a great job. I like it for the beach, cabin, camping and slug hunting so its pretty versatile. It does get hot! The magnet it really strong had to clean out the washing machine pump and stuff was stuck and I put this on the washing machine and it stayed! I got it on sale! It was about 70ish I wouldn't have paid more for it. Even though I love my olight flashlights I try and stay under 50 so this was a splurge for me and I'm glad I did! I'd pay that again for it! I personally don't need the proximity sensor it kind of irritates me but thats really the only thing I don't like about it. Need to read manual to see if I can turn it off. There are so many different options I know I haven't even remembered them all. I just know how to turn it on. First month I was disappointed because I didn't think the bright was 1300 lumens but after I read the directions WOW!

I’ve been really impressed with the OLIGHT Baton 4 Premium Edition. For an EDC flashlight, it strikes an excellent balance between size, weight, and performance. The first thing that stands out is how compact and lightweight it is—it easily disappears in a pocket but still feels solid and well-built. Despite the small size, the brightness is outstanding. The 1300-lumen output is more than enough for everyday use and even punches above its class when you really need to light up a space. The most perfect and only light you will ever need. I love this thing it is always in my pocket wherever I go, can't leave home without it. It's very handy and small, and I wear a baseball cap pretty much every day and this light is perfect to clip it on my hat and there you go got a headlamp. I love it also because I'm pretty bad at charging things and this light comes with its own charging case so when I'm done and need to put it away I just put it back in its case and the case charges it. I've gone about a week to a week and a half before I have to charge the case up, and that's with everyday use. I had bought the olight baton 3 and loved it so much when I seen they came out with the baton 4 I had to get my hands on it especially cause now the case tells you in percentage when it's full at a 100% or low when it's 20% even 10% and on the light it has 3 light dots where 3 green would be fully charged and 1 green when it's low. Also this light charges really quick I've had it die on me and I put it to charge in its case and about 30 to 45mins later I took it out and clipped it to my hat to continue my work and it lasted a pretty long time. I'm happy with this product and I recommend everyone who works at night or does anything at night to purchase one of these. Thank you guys for making the most perfect light there is

Everyone in my house wants this flashlight for whatever they're doing. "Don't take the Baton, I want it for walking the dog!" "I'm trying to find an earring under my desk, get the Baton!" Dude, it's MINE and I'm going out in the woods two states away, I'm taking it. This is my third Baton (two of them were Baton 3) and we're clearly very happy with them. Just don't let anyone else try it or you'll have to buy another one. Brightness: I find the lighting options on the Baton series perfect. I typically use low, but when I had a coyote circling my dog and I, I found the high setting useful to keep it away from us. Size: The Baton lights are very small, which seems to be why everyone wants it. This is easily concealed in my palm. Charging box: It works and it fits in the smaller side pocket of my backpack. Range: I haven't thoroughly tested range with this, but the beam has been adequate for everything I've needed.

Great little beam that is well designed and a surprising good performer. Compact, light weight, nice charging system ( I like the charger case and light design - note they are separate but you order it as one, the charger is a nice dock) flashy fashion colors - once it performs in the field the value of this wonder really comes out!! Clip on to your hat, hold it in yr mouth with the magnet on the end one can fix it to metals. Got one for myself and it was a Mom present for mother's day where she uses it to muck stalls in a dark barn at night. Could be the Light of Your Life!!!

I really like these lights. They pack more lumens than you would expect in a light this size and it should work for pretty much any everyday task you come across. The clip is also a nice way to put it on a baseball hat as a headlamp. You’ll actually carry something this size everyday. The quality is great. The charging pack is a great addition and well worth the extra cost. Lasts for ages. My one issue is more operator error. Notice I said “these” lights…so small and light weight that I keep losing them (the light, not the power bank).

I have had this flashlight for several months now and I can’t say enough good things about it! I purchased it on Black Friday where it was 45% off so I got a smoking’ deal on it! Looking back, I wish I bought two, but it’s still a great deal at regular price when you consider its high-end functionality. To start, the flashlight a case came beautifully packaged in a sturdy box which included manual, quick start guide, USB - C cable, wrist strap and tool. The product is a matte metal and feels sturdy in my hand. It opens a closes effortlessly with the aid of a magnet. On the front, the battery percentage indicator is easy to read without being too large or bright. Right away my favorite thing about it was the case. The case is like a large battery that can be recharged with a USB-C cable. By storing the flashlight inside you ensure the flashlight is always charged. Surprisingly, the case keeps a charge for quite some time. It had been three months since the initial charge and still has over 80% battery! What’s more is the case can double as a backup external battery that will charge your phone (or anything) in a pinch! I keep this in my purse and take it everywhere with me! The size of the case fits perfectly into my purse without being too big and bulky or too small and likely lost. Another feature I love is the reverse clip on the flashlight itself. This allows me to clip the light onto the brim of my hat so I can see where I am looking with my hands free! The flashlight also has a VERY powerful magnet that allows it to connect easily to appliances or under the hood of my car. If all that wasn’t enough, it comes with a quality wrist strap. Included was a tiny hook tool that made threading the strap a breeze. This flashlight is incredibly versatile in its design and comes in a variety of colors. If you are considering this item, or one like it, I highly recommend this OLIGHT product. I tried a few other brands with similar features and none compare to the quality, versatility or battery life of the OLIGHT.

Took off 1 star simply because the button controls are a minor pain and have to constantly be readjusted each use. As I work a job where I need to be able to have instant bright light, having to fumble through the modes everytime is far from ideal and puts me in danger. Other than that it is a good small light with an excellent run time. The charging case it comes with is actually an amazing phone charger. It charges phones crazy fast, quicker than the wall plug quick charger. Hell I could be running 2 random apps, a movie, and playing a power suck RPG and this thing charges like my phone is sitting idle and off. So while not an ideal light for my work it is a perfect emergency light with long run times and back up charge, also maybe the best portable phone charger I have had and I have had alot of portable chargers.
