Very useful and relief in pain

Its Good. The foam hasn't disfigured. But the inner hard plastic base is a bit thin, if I do back roll laying flat on floor it changes it shape. But never broke. It build to last. Gave relief to my back after gym.

Good for the price excellent quality and durable

I’m prone to hamstring injuries which compelled me to purchase a foam roller. The one that I use in my yoga class is actually from Strauss and it’s a really solid one. So I picked this one up for my home practice. While the product delivery and everything else was fine, I’m not sure it serves me fully. As I am used to more pressure on the spikes foam roller versus the one I get from this. I find the pain relief is decent, but it’s not as satisfying as the spikes one. Anyway, that’s my opinion. Otherwise, the Boldfit one seems to have quite a high rating on Amazon.

Great product nice quality

The BoldFit foam roller looks and feels quite good for the price. The finish doesn’t look cheap at all — the colors are nice and the ridges are neatly designed, so it’s something you can comfortably leave out in the living room instead of hiding away after use. It has been effective for rolling out my legs and thighs, which is how I mainly use it. The texture provides good pressure without being overly harsh. After reading some reviews mentioning durability issues, I’ve been a bit cautious and haven’t used it with full body weight (like rolling my back). For lighter use like leg recovery, however, it has worked well so far.
