Chef'n PalmPeeler Vegetable Peeler

This is definitely better then the hand held peelers. I have arthritis and this Palm Peeler was so easy to use with NO pain in my hands at all. Very sharp, it glided through the sweet potato peels and veggies with ease. And, I think it is really durable, works well, and easy to clean.

I have been using this for more than 2 years and its still as sharp as the day I bought it. Its so easy to use even when my arthritis is flaring. Its the best peeler I ever had

I've bought several....one a Christmas gift for my sister. She loves it. Much more comfortable than a peeler. It fits like a ring and feelings are removed with a quick easy motion. I have hand/ wrists issues and this works easily for me.

I have arthritis in my fingers so the knuckle is large and has to be pushed into the finger hold. I love the sharpness of the blade and the palm hold but it doesn’t work well with arthritic fingers. Someone with normal size fingers would be pleased.

I purchased this for a dear friend who has severe arthritis in her hands. She was thrilled to receive it and told me it is the best little gadget to help her peel carrots or whatever vegetable or fruit requires it. She said it works so well as it fits perfectly in the palm of her hand and the little loop on her finger keeps it steady. It is sturdy and well made.

This makes peeling potatoes a breeze. I have not used on other vegetables but I'm sure it will work great . I'm going to order another one so I can have back up. Also is great for safety. You cannot cut yourself.

Love peeling my veggies with this gadget, nice ergonomic design, and very easy for my crappy little hands to deal with. I no longer fear shearing off my fingers instead of the carrots. Great quality materials. The cover/case doesn't snap on and is kinda loose, but i think i'm going to get some double sided tape and stick it to the bottom of my utensil drawer so i can just plop the peeler into it (otherwise it just moves around when the drawer does and ends up seperating). All in all, a very useful and handy thing to own! Begone ye old'e peeler of doom!

I love this peeler. Just slide your middle finger into the loop so that the peeler rests against the palm of your hand, and then run your hand over the vegetable. It is much easier to control than the traditional peelers that you hold with your fingers. With this peeler, you just stroke the vegetable with your hand and watch the peels come off, and there's almost no chance of slipping and cutting yourself accidentally. It's the only kind of peeler I use.
