Essential Waitrose French Mustard 180g

Seems ridiculously hard to find French mustard on supermarket shelves these days! Good value for money, this is great mustard with a sound balance of taste and heat. Be aware seller uses Evri for delivery so, unsurprisingly, it was delayed despite being a Prime item.

I’d been on the hunt for proper French mustard for ages—apparently there’s a bit of a shortage going on, which might explain why this little jar from Waitrose came with a surprisingly hefty price tag. Still, curiosity (and mustard cravings) got the better of me, so I took the plunge. And you know what? I’m glad I did. The flavour’s something else—smooth, sharp, and undeniably French. It’s not your usual yellow stuff; this one’s got finesse. I use it sparingly, partly because I want it to last, and partly because a small dab really goes a long way. It’s got just the right kind of kick for dressings, roast beef sandwiches, and anything else in need of a gourmet touch. Sure, it was expensive, but sometimes it’s the little luxuries that make everyday meals feel special. It’s earned a spot on my fridge shelf—and in my food-loving heart.

A little over priced but lovely mustard !

My favourite mustard!! Not sold in shops anymore more's the pity. This is the one, absolutely delicious especially with sausages and in ham sandwiches 😜 go on treat yourself you'll be glad you did 👌🏼

It's getting near impossible to find in shops. This has a slight but nice tang. Very similar to Colemans, not sure they are still making this type anymore. It is pricey though but treated myself
