Really worth it
Perfect for a creamy tiger nut milk. I use dates to sweeten the mix and also let the tiger nut soak for a few hours or overnight to soften.

Great price and great quality for nut milk
Purchased to make nut milk and they arrived on time at a great price and tasted great. I have frozen them and take them out as needed when I am in the mood for this milk.

As hard as a rock; no taste. Threw it away. Waste of money and time,

They are okay.
Having to soak these things for 24 hours just to make them soft enough to eat was a surprise. Even after soaking for 24 hours they were still a little tough to chew but were edible and they had a slightly sweet nutty, earthy taste. I grew tired of eating them fairly quickly. They are okay as a snack. But I won't be buying them again.

Good flavor and texture once they are soaked
Iโve been eating tiger nuts for years. For best enjoyment, tiger nuts require soaking for 12 hours. I rinse them, place them in a container to have an even surface, and cover with enough fresh water to cover by at least 1/2 inch. Cover them with an air tight lid and leave at room temperature. After 12 hours, drain off soak water and place all of the tiger nuts on several layers of clean paper towels. Blot dry and place in a large enough container forming a single even layer, careful not to over crowd them. Store uncovered in fridge for up to 10 days. Good substitute for salad croutons, eat as a snack, crunchy topping for yogurt and smoothies.

hard chewy texture
I like the taste but they are hard, chewy. A little tough to just snack on.

Couldn't Get Used to Woody Chew
After soaking these nuts for 24 hours, I tasted a few of them. They have an initial sweetness that was enjoyable, but then you're left with a woody chew that's not so great.

Salad crunch!
Adds nice crunch to salads. Iโve just eaten them right out of the bag too - flavor is quite mild. I hear you can make โmilkโ with them but I havenโt tried doing that - yet ๐. Overall Iโm pleased with this new-to-me treat.
