Easy to use

This is good quality but it is not mild. Very strong taste lasted fair few hours after taking it.

Cannot say I am too impressed with this. Being using it for the last six weeks, reasonably consistently. Despite how many other reviewers have praised this product, I ain't seeing any special results, nor do I feel particularly much more healthy as a result.Not blaming the manufacturer of this product, just all the hype surrounding it, don't live up to my expectations.
