Great fire starter.
These are great items. The flame is robust and gets a fire going in my wood stove quick, unlike the old lighter or matches, it supplies enough flame to get heavy paper and kindling burning quickly . It's also great for lighting my gas grill when the igniter fails. They're cool looking and small enough to put in your pocket (just make sure the starter trigger is locked) easy to refill with butane refill containers, and is easy to grip and ignite. I haven't tried soldering with it , but it looks like the flame is hot enough to do that as well. Highly recommend to anyone who needs a reliable and fast way to start fires in the home or for camping/outdoors/survival uses.

Solid Torch Lighters, Great Deal for the Price
I bought these to use with small scale wood burning and general utility work. They are sturdily made and don’t feel cheap like a lot of torch lighters at this price point. They don’t hold a lot of butane, so they need to be refilled more often than other torches I’ve seen. That being said, for my use they are ideal. I’ve never had to refill in the middle of a project. I just top it off before I start and I’m good to go. The trigger mechanism is easy to use and lights the flame on the first try most the time. I’ve never had to strike it more than twice to get a flame. The flame adjuster works pretty well. I typically keep it about half way and it works for me. Full flame is fairly long and over kill for anything I’ve needed to do. Overall I think that for the price, it is an outstanding torch lighter. For occasional use I highly recommend this product. If you are looking for something for more extended use at a time, I suggest a blow torch (you can get one from any hardware store) as this torch is not meant for long term continuous use.

Kind of a blow torch. Pros and cons
It's much larger than most butane torches I've seen. This is made well mostly alluminum. It doesn't have a rubber old ring or washer where you fill it up with butane so it spits out and leaks a bit of butane when you fill it, that's a waste. I return the first 2N got 2 more as our placement there's the same way so that's just how they made. They don't have any kind of window so you don't have any way to see when their full. I usually use them for soldering wires or heating up shrink wrap when I'm doing repairs where I don't have electricity. This has a long, wide flame that is different. My first thought was with a flame like this I could sweat copper pipes. Butane doesn't get as hot as propane so you can't use it to solder copper Pipe joints and it's the flame is too huge to solder wires in a vehicle application. Most butane torches are smaller and have a more refined pin point flame. This flame will adjust from off into a flame like low flame cigarette lighter to a large long flame. Most of the heat is at the tip of the dark blue flame. The rest of the flame is wasted fuel. I'm a welder so I know this. The oxygen to fuel ratio is off. This is a design flaw that makes it inefficient. I don't know how much I will use It but I kinda like it. It's a tool. I have many tools I don't use often but when you need them you need to have them so I have a couple of these and I will keep them. It works it just may not be what you are used to or fit you application.

Freaking GREAT product. It will last!
I have purchased numerous torches from the cheap Blinks and Eagles at gas stations to the $50 ones on here and I have to say by far this is the best one out there. I used it for 8 months before losing it and NEVER had A SINGLE ISSUE WITH IT. Not one! I lost it a few days ago and ordered two new ones. I will give an update later about them, but they certainly appear to be constructed with the same quality as their predecessors. Seriously, this IS a great product. And for the price, you truly can't beat it. Ignore pricing when it comes to butane torches. I have found some of the expensive ones to be as reliable as the cheap ones. As good as these are, I would buy them at a $40 price point and possibly pay that for only one.

Great value, easy to use.
Nice little torch. Simple to use, has nice adjustability and a great price for 2! I did not have an issue filling them as others have noted. The body has a nice textured surface that is easy to hold.

Works very well on smaller projects
These work really well for getting bubbles out of small projects. Use sparingly so you don't burn your projects.

They leak…and not sometimes. 100% of the time.
I bought these about a year ago if I remember correctly and I am not one to complain, easy to please. These ROCKED when I got them. (Ok, kind of wonky to fill) but when I used them…LOVED them. Filled all 3, thinking I’ve got years of use here and they’re cool too. I just took one out, needing to “seal” mis-sized shoe laces (Cole Haan Zero Grand does NOT take 54”….more like 48” no matter what ChatGPT or whoever told me). Clicked the first one. NOTHING. Ok, fine. Second one- nope. Third one…yep, you guessed it. Doesn’t work. If you want something that’ll work immediately and probably leaks over time, and doesn’t work…particularly bad if this is the ONLY lighter you’re relying on, FORGET IT. Move on. These leak, there’s NO other viable explanation as to how they go from FULL to NOTHING with zero use in almost a year. Buy the tried and true stick lighters- at least they don’t leak. I’m incredibly disappointed and thinking of buying fillers because guess what? I used all of them when I filled the first time but why should I? How long will they even last? A week? A month? Six? Who knows, but they will NOT work if you rely on them for your needs and God help you if you’ve lost power and this is your source for lighting a stove or something. It will NOT work. I just pray nobody found out the hard way in a life threatening situation. I know nothing about these things but nobody should be selling them if they leak AT ALL. I wouldn’t write this except ALL THREE are completely empty. And I have NOT used them…at all, outside of the first week or two and even then…maybe twice, to quickly light a grill or something. Do better. I’d share a video but all it would show is …”click”….NOTHING. Three times in a row. They look great. They’re terrible and I wanted them to work. Badly.

Meh.
One works great. It’s like looking at the afterburners on a fighter jet. The other one works, but the flame is incredibly weak. At max output, the flame is slightly better than a traditional lighter. At half output, the flame goes out and won’t light. While it isn’t isolated to this specific model, charging these things with butane is a pain. I know the mechanism is the standard, but it blows my mind that no one has come up with a more user friendly and effective method.

Good For Wood Art
I use them for some wood art and they do the trick for sure. They fuel up easy and I have never had any issues with them so far.

Impressed
I was a little doubtful about these but they are made well at a good price. Also they do come with butane in them.
