These are really good. I follow the ketogenic diet and have been looking for a keto friendly collagen bar to eat with my keto coffee. Only 5 gm net carbs; healthy fat and collagen protein. The bar has a nice chocolately taste and it also has a hint of malt (well I think it has a malted taste, which I love a chocolate malt soooo) and not overwhelmingly sweet. I like and appreciate that organic stevia is used; can’t find any artificial ingredients used. Very yummy. Not that pricey; 12 bars for $21 is $1.75 a bar.

These are delicious and really curb hunger. I was not expecting much given my previous experience with protein bars but these were a nice surprise. Delicious and filling-no "dog food" taste and texture that leave you hungry a couple of hours later . I will be buying these again along with the vanilla and lemon flavors. Are they pricey-unfortunately yes. Are they worth it? Depends. I will continue to buy them because bottom line-they taste great, really curb hunger, fit my low carb lifestyle and are great for travel or to keep in your purse. Would more people try them if they were more "price friendly"? Yes. And an assortment box would be nice too.

I do not wish to be dramatic when I tell you that these are the nastiest thing I’ve ever tasted. I was looking for a protein bar with low glycemic index, but these make me sick to my stomach. They are somehow super dry and crumbly while simultaneously oily and chewy. They are sickeningly sweet in taste, likely due to sugar alcohols or fake sugar. I ordered a 12 count box of these and regret it immensely. Trying to power through them because I hate to waste, but my god it’s hard. Heed my advice and skip these.

I love Bulletproof coffee so I tried these Bulletproof protein bars. I love the ingredients in them and will reorder them based purely on the ingredients and quality of these bars. Yes- maybe they aren't the best tasting bar on the market but I enjoy them and so does my family- who can be finicky about what they eat. Definitely recommend Bulletproof fudge brownie protein bars.

This product is amazing. The first bar I had I did think it was a little dry. However, it definitely mimics fudge. As far as texture and taste goes it's definitely not my favorite protein bar ever. Let's be honest okay. Most things that are better for you don't taste as good as the unhealthier choices. BUT the point of purchasing this is for clean ingredients. It has no artificial sweeteners, which makes it worth the small sacrifice of it not tasting like a candy bar. It is good though. I'd give the taste a 3.5, and if you're looking to make small nutritionally valuable changes, I encourage you to try this. It's sort of like cutting down sodium..it's not AS good as you know it could be, but it's still good and you know it's better for you. I hope that helps.

Not sure if it was just my box, but these bars are very dry, almost chalky. The flavor is pretty good but there are other bars that are low glycemic and taste much better. For my money, I won't buy again.

These food bars are among the best and healthy choices on the market. Low in sugar and calories and great flavor.

I am not a huge chocolate person and was not sure if I was going to like the flavor of these, but I really do! They are not too sweet (thank goodness) and they do curb my appetite when on the go, running late or between meals. I am impressed! They do not have the consistency of other protein bars and in fact are a bit crumbly, but still I am very satisfied with and like them a lot.
