So it rolls cleanly and smoothly over indoor tile lines and outdoor concrete cracks. Skate anywhere.The bearings initially don't appear to free-roll very well, but on the track, they have comparable rolling resistance to a pair of CCM Externo's with Abec 7's three times the price. Your kid won't outgrow these bearings. They're fast.Size adjusts easily and solidly. Not at all flimsy.Vents all over the sides and bottom. Kids don't generally have athletes foot, but they got you covered anyway.It's literally a pro level skate at a third the cost.Has a quick strap.The unfathomable:The quick strap is so cheap it doesn't hold any meaningful amount of tension. It just slips open under tension. You'd be better cutting it off and substituting a motorcycle strap from Walmart. I could even have my 6 year old use these (if my 8 yr old would share lol) because the lowest size is 12. If you have more than one child and they are between 12-2 in shoe size you get more out of it for your money. I also like the price. I have seen other reviews before purchasing these and others have had a problem with chafing on their legs but so far my son has been just fine, but I do make sure he has long socks on to help prevent chafing. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great for beginners *by J***B on Reviewed in the United States on December 3, 2018* I've read complaints that putting these on require an adult's help. I disagree. Maybe the first. Couple times until they understand how to do it but my 7 yr old can do it just fine. All that aside. The fact they can be changed for size is great. Construction reminds me of strapping into a snowboard. The comfort level is so so but we skate for an hour so we are using these until he gets good. Then we will but nicer ones. Overall for a beginner.
