Large canopy that give complete rain coverage and with the sides folded down keeps the tent really warm making the acacia a 4 season tent. I went with a lighter color to reflect not absorb light but the down side is not blocking the light when the sun rises.

This canopy was really simple to setup and add to the Acacia system. For days without weather I would probably skip setting it up but it was really nice to have on the hot day I had it set up. It also allows for gear protection from rain and sun without making it difficult to get into and out of the tent.

The extra canopy rain fly is almost needed. I like to camp year round and with the fly it turns into a 4 season tent. The added awning when not closed up is awesome too. Adds a nice covered porch area infront of your tent.
