Packet clearly says apply with protective film on the outside then remove it once applied, I couldn’t find film to peel off!! Am I missing something?

Hi Louise - there is no plastic film on them, you just take the mask out of the pack and unfold it and place it on your face I haven't looked at the pack to read the instructions but I hope this helps : >

How many masks / uses do you get from a pack?

Just one, but it is really refreshing, your skin feels lovely after, when i removed the mask there was lots of moisture on my face which i rubbed into my skin.

how often should I use this

I find once a week is good. After it’s all used up I use the fabric mask on top of my home made face packs. It stops it drying out and works very well. Good luck! 🌟
