1) SIZE: 1.25 inches --> 3.175 cm2) I don't remember if any recipe information was included when I received mine, but you can use any cake recipe. It might take a few times to learn how much frosting or water to add to the baked cake as you mix it or put it through a food processor (this is what I do and it yields a super fudgy, yummy cake "dough.")3) WHITE FRAME: The frame is included with the roller.Hope that helps!
