My kid swears by these things. They are supposed to be removable.  I think my kid beats these up so bad that removal in one piece is not an option. He believes that he has a better grip and stronger shot with buttendz installed.

The Buttendz did not last long. After following instructions on the attachment process, the Buttendz only lasted about 2 weeks max before it started slipping and tearing. Pretty much a waste of money IMHO, plain old tape works better.
