Prompt delivery. The one I got from the surgery center broke (ROM stop fell out) The new one I got has much better strap adhesion. You really have to tighten the straps to keep it from slipping down. It’s a common issue.

I bought this brace after ACL surgery. I am Pre op Week 4 day 3. The brace itself is great! I felt great walking in it because it helps stabilize my leg. It also helps me put more pressure on my surgery leg to even out the weight. But it gets quite heavy as you walk. I don't think this is great for long walks. Maybe short distance. Other than that its pretty cool. It has sports mode which allows you to bend your knee and it can also keep your leg straight. If you're going to use a leg raise pillow, put another small pillow under your ankle. I hope it fits under my sweatpants during winter haha... I'll keep yall updated. Update: I am now post op 5 months. I don't use the brace anymore but the brace does fit under my sweatpants haha but that is because I normally wear baggy sweats. If you like wearing tight sweats, just wear over the sweatpants. I still sometimes put it on when I feel like my knee and quads are weak ( when I keep leaning back due to lack of quad muscles).

First I started with a cheap $100 ROM surgical brace - because it would arrive the fastest. Big mistake. That one was a piece of junk. I wish I had just started with this one. I have zero complaints about this one, especially for the price. I needed something that could be set to 90 degrees flexion AND 90 extension (i.e. locked at 90). And yes it can do that. It’s much lighter than the cheaper brace, and (most importantly ) it stays locked at the settings you configure it to. It’s very adjustable and I found it easy to adjust. The velcro straps are good quality, and I love that you can remove the grippy-tip on the strap, flip it around, and hook the strap back on itself the other way (instead of using the plastic hook) when you need to avoid having a buckle under your shin. I’ll add a video to show what I’m talking about. I just wish the inner pads that go against your skin were neoprene instead of foam. hopefully the foam pads are replaceable if/when they start to break down. I also wish it was able to fit better within an iWalk hands-free crutch, but neither of those devices were designed to be used that way. Overall, I’m very happy with this brace for reliably keeping someone’s knee at 90 degrees 24/7 .

Bought this brace to replace the one I originally got from my orthopedic. I was so relieved to find it on Amazon , it saved us an hour long trip just to get to Ortho’s office.My husband would have had to take off from work to drive me since I can’t drive. Our 13 yr old Autistic son would have to come with us because never knew how long it would take us to get home and we had nobody to watch him after school. I LOVE LOVE THIS BRACE!!! I had a [R] TKR and revision but because the original Dr screwed up so bad I now need a surgery not many Dr.’s in US can or will do. I had multiple falls due to my knee constantly giving out ( which has caused multiple injuries to other parts of my body including torn rotator cuff, concussion, 3 different sets of rib fractures/ breaks, a set of rib fractures put me in hospital due to fractured ribs nicked my lung which caused bleeding) BUT the Dr I have now (yes he can and will do my surgery when I’m mentally ready) put me in this BREG BRACE to help with pain and falls. This Dr and brace has made it easier to NOT be afraid to walk. The quality of this brace is incredible. Fits perfect over my sweatpants and leggings. I wear my brace from the second I wake up till I go to bed and to be honest just started wearing it to bed due to the fact I got up in middle nite to go to bathroom without the brace and my knee immediately gave out on me while trying to sit or stand at toilet. I know this review is long , I just want everyone to understand how much my life changed all because of this BREG BRACE. I hope this will help someone.

This helped me so much with my knee surgery. Especially post knee surgery. I could walk in it run in it and it was fairly comfortable.

They're super bulky and break down fairly quickly which isn't a problem short term but for issues like EDS They're not great and slide down out of place

Only just got it but it already seems better than a lot of regular braces. I have bed knees and pretty bad exima, so the neoprene fully covered brace I had didn't work great for me, since I got supper sweaty and then my skin broke out. So far the only fault I've noticed is that the pieces to clasp the length of the brace are aren't the greatest, but mine came pretty close to fitting perfect. Fits great, they give you lots of extra strap for adjustment.

I was wearing the Don Joy TROM and I could not get it to stay put for even 1 minute. I spent all day and night worrying about it and pulling it up or unstrapping it and pulling it back up. It was riding down over my incision. It kept my knee partially bent which is not good at all. I tried everything. This Breg T-Scope Premiere is 10000 times better than what the Don Joy that the hospital gave me. I even went in to my surgeons office for 2 emergency appointments and nobody had any idea how to solve my problem with the Don Joy. Buy this Breg brace and you will be so impressed. I can’t say enough. It does not budge and holds my leg straight. I never leave reviews but I feel like people who need help can find it here. Good luck and feel better.
