Does this work for sublimation?

Yes it does. I noticed with mine when sublimating I have to leave it on a little longer so I don’t get ghosting in the center but it works great! I’m really pleased with mine

Heats up fast? Any safety manner inside as it's a high voltage?

In summer weather, Heats to 140℃ / 284°F, 03:10 mins Heats to 160 / 320 °F, 03:54 mins Heats to 180℃ / 356°F , 04:50 mins Also for safety, we have build in fuse to protection over temperature and over current/voltage. Very safe to use.
