Can you use this ladder with all 52 in pools? Not just with the thin wall intex pools?

We used this ladder for 2 years on our regular 52" pool. There was plenty of room for the top rail between the steps.

Will this work for a 10ft 30inch pool?

It will work but you'll have to climb a little higher than necessary. If you can find a shorter one, that would be better for a 30" pool. I'm using this ladder on a 48" pool and I have about 8" between the top rail of the pool and the bottom of the top rung.

Can height be adjusted at all?

No the height can not be adjusted, you need to measure your pool and buy accordingly. Hope this helps!
