This is the first time I have tried it on my face. I try to use it at least 2 times a week. I can also use it on my knees when I am feeling aches and pains while I use my red-light belt for my back. The green light helped me with my allergy infection and headaches. I am still exploring all of the other light advantages. This product can be used on other body parts besides your face. Excellent customer service! When the power cord stopped working after a few months, they shipped out a new unit in less than a week. I have rosacea, and the yellow light on the unit helps to clear it up faster than the medication.

I purchased this for my wife. She has owned a couple of these devices, and this one is the easiest to use by far. She purchased a more expensive model, and the buttons were horrible, it was heavy and uncomfortable, and it would not turn on after one use. She has a handheld model that she says works well but is tiresome to use. She hasn't had this item long enough to comment on the benefits, but it is simple to program and easy to store as it folds in half. She does wish it had a few more lights and heated like her handheld but overall, she is happy with the product and the design. She likes being able to just shut her eyes and relax when using.

I have been using this product for a month, 3 days a week. I started by doing 10min a session, then 15min and the last two weeks for 20 min sessions. It is truly remarkable to see the Skin firming on my face around the jaw lines within this short period of time. My prep before each session is shower to thoroughly clean face and neck followed by using a retinol serum on face and neck. The light I use is blue to accomplish the goal of Skin tightening. The combo of retinol and light therapy seems to have evened my skin tone, smooth the lines all while leaving your face w a smoother softer look. Here I thought I was going to return after week one, but I now support what light therapy is designed to do as it has helped to achieve my goals...

I've used it for a month so far every other day for 15 minutes on my face and 20 minutes on my tummy. They do appear firm, but I also wonder if it's also my anti- aging face cream I'm using. The reason I chose this out of the other red light therapy devices is the ease of use. There is no need to hang or place the device on a table. Just lie down on the bed or sofa and place it above your face as you listen to music or rest your eyes. Since it's only been 1 month, I can't say for sure if it's working. It may be on a cellular level.
