Honestly, the description made me laugh — “No Contracts, No Credit Checks, No ID” — sounds so simple, right? But surprise! After you get the SIM, you have to send them an email just to activate it. No portal, no self-activation — just old-school email. And here’s the best part — they say the network will process it at midday and the service will go live within 48 business hours. In reality? From the time I sent the email to the moment it was actually activated, it was well over 48 hours. For something advertised as quick and easy, it feels more like waiting for a parcel from overseas. Not impressed.

Brought this data only sim for when I was put into temporary housing and I wasn't sure how long I'd be in there but I knew it wouldn't be long enough to have broadband wired in. I brought a device off Amazon to fit the sim in and activated the sim as per instructions. It was very simple to do and the sim activated in great time. I have 3 children who all use devices that need internet including our tv and I've not had a single issue connecting or staying connected even though 3 is not named in my post code as great signal. I also needed to extend after the initial month and that was sorted by a simple email, fast response back and voila...I am now sorted with another month of unlimited data. Very impressed and will use again in the future if I'm in the same position or need portable wifi.

Sims 4 home are OK however activation is a nightmare, signal quality is strangely enough very poor and price is more than through 3 themselves, you get better service and signal through 3 themselves with a hub all at £12 a month

I will never buy it again. If its a emergency, dont buy it. They dont work at weekent and you need send a email or call to ativamente the sim. The EE I bouth from scamcom is more much better and you can activate it instantly and dont need sent email and wait to activate it.

I ordered initially a Three SIM. Tried it in my area but it was super slow and found out from neighbours that Three was slow in our area. So told the seller Richie who is MD of Sims4Home about this via WhatsApp message and he immediately responded, offering to send an O2 SIM which arrived the next day. I then had an issue with the router I was using, and Richie provided amazing technical support for this too which wasn't his responsibility but he went above and beyond to help. We found out the router I was using wasn't fit for the speeds I needed, so suggested a similar priced router from his partner company Eternal. I ordered this which came with next day delivery, returned my previous router. I couldn't connect to my new router and Richie even told me what to do and got it fixed immediately. Now I have fast internet and will renew my SIM data only package with Sims4home every month as their customer service is second to none. I can totally trust and rely on this company way more than dealing with O2 or other phone companies directly. I cannot recommend Sims4home and Richie and his team enough. Incredible support, service and I achieved the speeds I wanted thanks to their help.

no way to activate the sim waste of money

Ordered a SIM as my contract with Three had ended. Didn't expect it to work without issues but wow absolutely fantastic, straight forward set up and connected to all my old devices effortlessly without having to re-enter passwords
