Brilliant bit of kit, I was using a snap on solus 3 from a friend but it couldn’t do it. So I read up on this and from what I read it could do it. Took less than 5 minutes after updating it to reset the counter on my eloys / DPF fluid tank. This job was gonna cost me £250 at a garage but did it myself for £160 including buying the fluid and this launch diagnostic tool! It’s very easy to use and guides you through why you need to do. Worked on my Citroen and seems to work on a whole host of cars. The free software updates for life was another good selling point! Excellent value for money and also now I have it I can use it on future vehicles too. Highly recommended for the at home diy car enthusiast!

Very easy to use. My Honda 2014 2.2 diesel had a dpf fault but was clean. This thing cleared the fault code very easy. Do not buy any little obd readers for less than £60 quid. Buy one of these first, job done within 30 mins.

Unit arrived fully charged.Had to upload some software. Select what vehicle you want will download quicker. Diesel regen is found under service. You will need to download software no charge for that. It says you need to have 10litres of diesel before you proceed with a regen mine used approx 5/6 litres drove for thr recommended time 30 min and 70mph .Lotes of codes showed up when i scanned that my old unit didnt but mostly historic so cleared all of them. Only bug for me is when it downloads vin number and shows vehicle details it shows vehicle country as USA and couldnt find any where to change. All code errors can be sent to your email to view ans save or print . Well pleased with this unit for the cost

Great item however it has now developed a fault and is useless I have only used it a couple of time and it's only a few months old

I bought the unit in May 2024 and have tested several cars. This is an excellent OBDII scanner tool. Unit provides a detailed report with screen capture. Pictures and reports can be emailed from the device. Unit provides 7 reset functions, the service reset is called Oil reset. The OBD Scanner can read and clear DTC codes. Battery voltage can be checked with the engine on and off. The CRP123E V2.0 is quite a versatile OBD II scanner with many functions, well worth the money.

Useless item. Not as advertised. Only 2 reset functions . Bought for brake reset. Now lost €35 because of duties.

Acquistato perche sono stanca di avere dai meccanici opinioni diverse. Con questo dispositivo riesco a tenere sott'occhio gli eventuali guasti/errori della mia auto.Il dispositivo di 5 pollici con sistema operativo android 7 aggiornabile e memoria interna di 16 GB e batteria molto ampia di circa 6100 ampere . Confezione con all'interno una borsa molto comoda per trasportarlo in auto , i cavi di collegamento obd e le istruzioni anche i italiano . Se non sai dove sono le prese obd nell'auto , il dispositivo ha nelle varie funzioni anche quella di farti vedere con un immagine dove sono poste a seconda il veicolo selezionato . Passiamo al dunque :Collegato il dispositivo alla presa obd tenendo a fondo premuto il tasto accendiamo il dispositivo e automaticamente il dispositivo riconosce l'auto mostrandoti tutte le informazioni ( nr. Telaio ecc) . Il collegamento e' possibile attraverso un rete wifi o del telefonino e si ricarica anche mentre lo stiamo utilizzando . Accesa l'auto( sempre con auto accesa) a questo punto possiamo fare diagnosi e test . Alcuni servizi aggiuntivi sono a pagamento richiedendoli al venditore ma diciamo che spesso non e' necessario . Gli errori sono facilmente cancellabili e' inoltre possibile , sempre attraverso il dispositivo sapere a cosa corrisponde il codice di errore.Insomma , a mio parere questo dispositivo e' molto utile per meccanici e per chi e' appassionato di auto come me .
