Built solid and super tough
Built solid, heavy, and super tough. High-quality. I love this one. Have it mounted on my Dodge RAM 2500 Hemi heavy-duty pick-up. Super reliable. Have used it in Alaska heavy snow to recover vehicles. Worth the money.

Sturdy
Always had class 3 or 4 hitches on vehicles (2in) till I got my power wagon which is class 5 (2.5in) Good strong no frills piece. Very sturdy and fit is good without being either rattlingly loose or have to hit it with a hammer tight. Shackle is same but a bit small. I would like to have seen an option for a larger diameter shackle, IM sure one can be found elsewhere just would have been nice to get it in one package. Regardless it will take an inordinate amount of pressure to break either the hitch or the shackle.

This thing it built like a tank!
This thing it built like a tank. I used it to recover a 30,000 lb telehandler with my 2500 HD pickup truck. It was a lifesaver!

and should be good for using my Power Wagon to snatch others using ...
Solid shackle and mount. It is noisy though, so I shimmed it with some plastic just to cut down on the rattle. No worries. It is heavy duty. I have not used it for recovery yet. I will revisit this review if there are any issues. I don't see how it could fail. It is class 5 worthy, and should be good for using my Power Wagon to snatch others using a recovery strap.

Will rust away in about 250,000 years. Solid steel
Solid steel. A little disappointed with the low weight rating but I’m sure it’ll hold up.

Nicely build of solid steel
Needed this to take some large trees down to make sure they fell in the right direction. It was nice to have a solid connection to the back of the truck. I know some guys use the rescue hooks under the front bumper, but this was a better choice for me. It’s a hefty unit made of solid steel. While some rightfully complain it could have been made lighter with equal strength, the weigh doesn’t bother me.

Good, but hitch pin & clip not included
Seems solid at a good price. The hitch pin and clip are not included.

Great quality
As other reviews state. Very good quality and fitment. Name brand and you can tell. Solid steel and heavy. Shackle moves freely but not loose, screw pin is smooth and threads are clean. Well made for sure. I have this one for the big truck and a 2 inch on the way for the other truck.

Unbelievable
Unbelievable construction, hands down.

Very sturdy
Rating is limited by the 6.5 ton shackle, could be much higher. Solid bar. You’ll shear the pin or tear out the hitch pin hole before damaging this unit in straight pull.

Solid
It’s solid steel. Nothing wrong with this. Maybe don’t leave your Clevis on if you have a lot of salt on the roads. Have already pulled some guys out with it.
