Works great. Easy to clean and made well so no bending like the one I had before this one.

I always hated making mashed potatoes because they were always a bit lumpy. No matter what I did or how I tried I could not get them to the perfect consistency that I wanted. I finally learned about the riser on master chef. I love this so much. I make mashed potatoes much more and they're the best I've ever made. I don't even use a mixer anymore. I put the potatoes through the ricer and then mash with a potato masher for a moment. I add my butter and milk and whip it with a spoon for a couple minutes and I'm perfectly satisfied.. The product works perfectly.

Makes great mashed potatoes. Cleans up in dishwasher .

Ricer worked perfect for the Thanksgiving potatoes. A lot less work made potatoes easy to mix.

I've used a ricer for years and it was "fine" but it finally broker. One of the biggest problem I had with the last one was that it had holes on the sides of the container, so that the potato would squirt all over, not just down. This is so much better; I don't get potato everywhere. The problem comes from the metal disc. At least every other time, if not more, the disc would come up when I raised the handle. I would have to put the disc back in, which became somewhat of a pain. That was one problem I didn't have with my last one.
