Antes de comprar esta cama me tome mi tiempo en mirar reseñas y muchas personas decían que la cama estaba linda pero que le faltaban piezas ala hora de armarla, a mi no me fue difícil , nos tomamos 5 horas para no equivocarnos pero la cama está muy linda y ajusta muy bien y no nos faltó nada, en lo personal le doy un 5 estrellas al vendedor, gracias

The media could not be loaded. Why did you pick this product vs others?:NOTE!!! this bed is NOT for a novice builder. MANY parts and may require two people at some stages of building. My two girls love it but it does have a few flaws in the design that I had to create my own fixes. Coming down the slide the support beam allows kids to get their arms caught as the slide down and can cause sever injury as mine did, so I installed a flat thin board to cover the entire opening. Flaw two, on the steps you will need to buy grip tape as the steps are VERY slippery. Flaw 3, when sitting on the bottom bed you WILL hit your head on the top bunk edge and it is sharp, so buy some foam edge protectors like the strip kind.

So I will start out saying that I love the features and details. The stairs are cute and the shelf across the bottom bunk is sweet. Also like the shelf space behind the slide. The only issues that we had was the directions are a bit vague. Pieces 61 and 63 were not even listed for their placements. And the screws that were for the doors on the steps were too long. Without over turning the screws will still go through the wood. The doors also are small. Once on they leave some space that I really didn't care for. Other then that the bed is still nice, could be priced a bit lower considering the issues. FYI it is a lot of pieces so be prepared.

Pretty easy to assemble and looks nice when done. We were missing one small piece and I sent an email to the company. I received the entire bunk bed. I was thrilled!! The top bunk is a little shakey with 40 lbs on it. So I will be using the extra parts to reinforce it. Overall wonderful customer service experience and I couldn’t ask for a better quality bed for the price listed.

Some scratches on the headboard from poor packaging but overall we were pleased. Could of have better instructions but luckily my husband Is good at putting things together without them.
